The Ministry Gift Shop makes every effort to maintain, if not improve
upon, the quality of our fine products. We are sure you will be
delighted with your selections. Please inspect your package
immediately upon receipt. If there is any problem with your order,
please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
ORDERS
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our web
site. Telephone orders can be placed Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm
CST. Call us at 972-248-7776.
The Ministry Gift Shop accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard
and Visa for our online orders. Checks may be accepted for phone
orders only. All checks received in the mail for orders, must be
cleared before product is shipped. All prices are subject to change
without notice. Website prices do not reflect the cost of delivery.
We do not ship C.O.D. Sales taxes will automatically be added to any
applicable purchase.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All in stock items will ship between 1-3 business days of receipt of
order. Due to the relationship of The Ministry Gift Shop, items may be
fulfilled from different manufacturers. Items that are not in stock
but readily available through a partner organization or company will
usually ship within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive an item
within ten (10) days of your order, please contact us immediately.
Please allow longer delivery times for custom items.
During December and other peak periods, we may require several days
to process and deliver your order and will inform you of any unusual
delays.
The Ministry Gift Shop will not assume responsibility for any incorrect
addresses provided to us; delivery, return and re-delivery charges will
apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
The Ministry Gift Shop will ship anywhere in the world, provided the
customer assumes all shipping costs, taxes and tariffs. Please note
that our website will not generate accurate shipping charges for
international shipments, even those going to Canada or Puerto Rico. If
you would like specific information regarding costs, please contact

EXCHANGES
If you wish to have a completely different item to what you
received, you may send back your order for a full exchange. If there
is a difference in price between the items being exchanged you will be
charged or credited for the difference.
Exchanges will be shipped back to you FREE of charge.
How to make an exchange:
Email or Call Customer Service: Email or call
customer service with and inform us of your intent to make an exchange
so we can verify that the item you want is available and in stock so it
can be held for you.
Pack Your Exchange: If you are making a complete
exchange for a completely different item, please enclose your item and
it's packaging (please make sure that the item you are sending back is
damage free, unworn, and unused) into a shipping box with your
Return/Exchange from.
Ship your Exchange: Ship your exchange to us
through a traceable method like UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal
Service (Please use a method that includes tracking such as express
mail or priority post).

RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the
item(s) within 14 days from date received, for a prompt and courteous
refund. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 972-248-7776
to obtain a Return Authorization Number (no exchange or refund will be
obtained without a Return Authorization Number) with a reason for the
return.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Custom products CANNOT be returned. If
an item is incorrectly made or received structurally damaged, we will
replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.
QUALITY
PRIVACY & SECURITY
All e-mail addresses and personal information (such as name,
address, credit card number, etc.) are transmitted in an encrypted form
for your protection. All information is collected for our use only;
Ministry Gift Shop protects this information both online and offline.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Ministry Gift Shop gift certificates may be redeemed toward the
purchase of any of our products. Gift certificates must be redeemed
over the phone. To redeem yours, please contact Customer Service
toll-free at (972) 248-7776.
All gift certificates are mailed out via USPS First-Class Mail upon receipt of your order.
GIFT NOTES
A simple personalized gift note can be included with all of our
products at no extra charge. Please be sure to include a signature!
